Awakening Yoga Full Practice
Awaken to your yoga solar practice! This intuitive flowing practice asks for your full attention through both challenging movement and complete stillness. Shifting within the balance of organic freedom and structure, we explore new ways to create harmony in the yoga practice. This full class experience will move you through a variety of different deeply integrated postures with grace, breath, and purpose. Experience inner stillness with the aid of expansive pranayama throughout as well as a short meditation to conclude this unified practice.

Diving Deeper - The Role of Core in Arm Balances
Learn to glide through your practice with lightness! In this 2 hour workshop, we will break down how to activate the midline of your body in the full breadth of asana. Using efficient alignment principles and newly found core awareness, we will play with a variety of arm balances and focusing in on the ever-important transitions between postures.All levels are welcome to this fun exploration of the practice.

Together we will break down the practice of getting upside down using the unique principles of Awakening Yoga. By focusing on the balance between mobility and stability, we will learn to glide through practice with efficiency, grace and lightness. Using these intelligent alignment principles and a newfound deep core awareness, we will explore a variety of arm balances and handstands from top to bottom. All levels are welcome to this fun journey into the practice.
CREATURE YOGA - INVERSION TRAINING - SIGN UP
A journey into the flying side of the Yoga practice. All of the why’s, why not's and how to’s necessary for an inversion practice. In this training you will not only build a new level of comfort in your own inversion practice, but walk away with the tools needed to safely share the joy of going upside down with your students. We will explore two paths in this training - the path of liberating your own practice through the physical efforts needed to build your inversion practice and a path of manifestation - a study of the ideas, alignment, safety techniques, communication skills, and developing a keen eye for looking at bodies to share this knowledge with others. This training will create a shift in your body, mind, and spirit.

Our goal with this style has always been to pay homage to the ritualistic traditional nature of the practice while incorporating modern movement patterns for today's bodies and minds.
We work with 4 baseline practices (Solar, Lunar, Restore, & Strength) which uphold the principles & foundations of Awakening Yoga, while encouraging creativity & freedom from the teacher(s). The 200 hour program focuses on the Solar Practices and its applications in Vinyasa Yoga.
