The weekend is an important time to relax, rejuvenate and have fun, and that’s exactly how I created this plan.
Your reset begins on the first night of your weekend, where the physical practice will take you out of your head and create a fresh state of mind for the days to come. The second day (your Saturday), is all about breaking old habits and exploring new rhythms with both asana and meditation classes. On the final day, we build you up for the week ahead with an invigorating flow and an introspective meditation.
These classes will reenergize you so you can approach your week renewed from the inside, out.
The purpose of this full-length flows series is to introduce lightness into both your practice and state of mind. Through playful postures and progressive sequences, you will connect to the four elements of a complete and well-rounded practice: strength, stability, flexibility, and awareness. Each of these aspects is intentionally integrated into every flow so you can understand your body at the highest level.
Each 45-60 minute flow is approachable and adjustable to your current level, encouraging you to play in your practice wherever your skills may be. Class begins by warming and preparing your body for the peak posture and transition through intelligently-designed progressions that build strength, mobility, and confidence.
You'll experience the freedom to explore your practice whether you want to achieve your first handstand, or are looking to weave inversions into your flows.
